Agency CM – Owner Holds the Subcontracts: As the Construction Manager (CM), La Fargo is contracted by the owner to oversee and manage the planning, design and construction. La Fargo holds no sub or prime contacts, and manages either a General Contractor of Multiple Subcontractors. Services include contract awards, material procurement, cost and schedule monitoring and reporting.
